Visagenics is a leading producer and supplier of superior Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil. Our Lavender is cultivated on our own farms, located in the famous “Rose Valley” of Bulgaria. Our crops are grown under the strictly-controlled bio farming conditions, according to the EU bio farming regulations and providing the best care for the environment and our product.
Rose Valley, in the small country of Bulgaria, has a uniquely clean air and soil, which ensures only the finest-quality inputs are used in the production of every batch of Visagenics Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil.
Specifically, we use only the top blossoms of the Bulgarian "Hemus" Lavender plant. This strain is known for its superior aromatic qualities especially when compared to the widely used "Papadopolys" Lavender plant. This Lavender strains give a smaller yield, which results in slightly higher production cost, but we believe in bringing you the finest quality product regardless of the cost.
We believe in using only the finest-quality inputs in the production of every batch of Visagenics Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil.
We use proprietary filtration process, after the steam distillation, which results in an ultra-pure, highly aromatic and much smoother in feel Lavender Essential Oil
LABORATORY TESTING
We rigorously test every batch of Lavender Essential Oil with a two steps process. First we test our production batches with our own in-house lab located at the refinery. Next samples from each batch are sent to the highly-regarded Phytochemia Laboratory in Canada for independent GC-MS testing.
The result is a guarantee that our customers will have the best and purest essential oils possible when they place an order with us.
DISTILLATION PROCESS
Every batch of Visagenics Lavender essential oils is produced through a gentle steam-distillation and then purified with our proprietary filtration process. This results in, not only ultra-pure oil, but also in the most aromatic and potent, 100% pure LAVENDER Essential Oil on the market.
The exceptional purity and quality is the reason why many big brands around the world make our Lavender Oil the preferred raw ingredient for many medicinal, cosmetic, and aromatherapy applications.
Wholesale Price
Visagenics produces its Lavender Essential Oil within the European Union, according to EU safety regulations. All production prices are in EURO, EXW.
*For clients in USD, we issue USD quotes and invoice price in USD with an exchange rate set at the time of the PO, Contract or the Pro-Forma Invoice.
The Wholesale Price of Visagenics Lavender Oil depends on two factors:
- Organic vs. Conventional Oil
- Quantity (MOQ starting at just 1kg. Price decreases with larger volume)

Visagenics ships both AIR and SEA Cargo. Our preferred carrier is DHL, but we have flexible shipping options.We can also ship via our client's carrier account, accessing any preferred shipping discounts.
Shipping Origins:
- Small quantities under 5kg, usually ship from our CA, USA storehouse, depending on inventory availability.
- Large quantities ship from our storage in Sofia, Bulgaria International Airport.
Shipping Destinations:
Visagenics provides International Shipping anywhere around the World, except Africa. We provide all necessary Customs Documentation. The process is quick and easy.
Shipping Packaging:
We ship only in brand new packaging. All packaging is sealed and stamped at the point of origin.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms:
- For regular clients we offer highly flexible payment terms.
- For first time clients, we usually require the oils to be paid in full, before the shipment is released to the carrier
- Our preferred method of payments is Bank to Bank Transfers
- For small quantities we can also accept PayPal payments on Invoice
- Credit Card payments are allowed for wholesale transactions below $5000, and only if initiated by the buyer and completed at our secure payment link. (sent on demand)
- Bank Accreditation and other Letters of Credit or Payment Guarantee is allowed only for regular Customers
Product Inspection Options:
Inspection after delivery at your location. You can fully inspect the product after it is delivered at your location. You can rest assured that the VISAGENICS 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (see below) is always in place and you are always protected
Inspection before shipping. You can always fully inspect the shipment on the ground in our Bulgaria warehouse, before the payment and release to the shipping agent
Inspection at your destination at the warehouse of the carrier. Another option is CAD (Cash On Delivery) and inspect the shipment before Customs Release at the Carrier Warehouse (requires carrier authorization). CAD also requires bank to bank authorization for release of Customs clearance documentation after your bank orders the payment to our bank. (Contact us for details on CAD process)
